What is a mid-term (temporada) rental in Seville?+
A mid-term rental covers stays from 1 to 11 months with a specific purpose (work, training, healthcare) and follows the Spanish LAU as a non-primary residence. It has a contract and invoice.
How is it different from a tourist rental?+
Mid-term is a continuous stay with a defined purpose, invoiced monthly; tourist rentals are billed per night and require a VFT licence. SevillaRooms only does mid-term and residential rentals.
Can I deduct mid-term rent as a business expense?+
In most professional cases yes — we issue monthly invoices with VAT when applicable. Check your situation with your advisor.
